摘要
亚健康是身体、精神和交往上一定程度的不完美境况 ,是介于健康和疾病之间的“第三状态”。在人类科学技术和社会文化普遍发展的基础上 ,对亚健康问题的认识也有所进步。大学生活和整个社会环境的影响 ,使当代大学生的亚健康问题日渐突出 ,深入分析这一问题产生的原因 ,培养和建立新的高教教学卫生理念 。
The subhealth is a kind of situation without perfection in physical body,spirit and relation,which lies in 'the third state' between health and disease.Based on the general development of human sci-tech and social culture,the understanding for subhealth has made some progress.The college life and influence of the whole social environment make the contemporary college students' subhealth problem become protruding.It is very important for us to analysize the cause,cultivate and establish the healthy cognition in teaching of higher education.
