摘要
大学生是未来祖国各行各业的栋梁之材,大学时代是天之骄子们完善自我的金色年华。然而随着时代的发展,社会激烈的竞争,升学、就业等问题日益凸现,致使部分学生难以做出相应的调整,产生较大的心理压力,诱发身体、心理等疾病的产生,健康状况随之下降。本文在对困扰当前高校大学生身心健康的各种因素分析的基础上,引入可以改善和提高大学生身心健康水平的健身方式——瑜伽健身术,通过阐述瑜伽的健身特点及大学生的身心特点,探讨大学生易于接受瑜伽的原因,为高校开设瑜伽课程提供有效的参考依据。
The research base on the various factors analysis of current problems of university students' Physical and mental health,and introduce a fitness way-Yoga for improving and enhancing the university students' physical and mental health.From elaborate the fitness feature of Yoga and the feature of university students' physical and mental health,investigate the reason that university students accept Yoga easily.It offers a useful reference for opening Yoga lesson in university.
