摘要
目的 观察脂肝泰胶囊对高脂血症性脂肪肝患者血液流变学的影响。方法 治疗组 1 2 8例 ,口服脂肝泰胶囊 ;对照组 62例 ,口服东宝肝泰片。治疗前及疗程结束后检测 2组全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞沉降率、血细胞比容、红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白原等指标。结果 脂肝泰胶囊能显著降低高脂血症性脂肪肝患者的全血黏度、血浆黏度、血细胞比容、红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白原而红细胞沉降率及其K值明显上升 ,与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P <0 .0 1或 0 .0 5 ) 。结论 脂肝泰胶囊可通过改善机体的血液流变性 。
Objective To observe the effect in Zhigantai capsule on the hemorrheology in the patients with fatty liver caused by hyperlipidemia. Methods In treatment group (n=128) Zhigantai capsule was orally taken; in control group (n=62) Dongbaogantai tablet was orally taken. The whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), hematocrit, RBC aggregation index and fibrinogen were tested before and after treatment. Results Zhigantai capsule could significantly decrease the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, RBC aggregation index and fibrinogen, while increase the erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and its K value,which compared with those in control group (P<0.01 or 0.05). Conclusion Zhigantai capsule is effective in treating fatty liver caused by hyperlipidemia by improving the hemorrheology of organism.
