摘要
为了在 Internet范围内有效地管理端到端应用服务、服务的可用性和服务的性能 ,保证为用户提供良好的网络服务 ,提出了一种分布式服务级管理系统模型 ,它能跨越不同管理域有效地实现服务级管理要求 ,在管理域之间采用基于 XML的合同文本格式—— Sla XML ,来描述并传递服务一致性信息 。
In order to manage end to end application service, service availability, and service performance in Internet domain so as to assure the better network service, a distributed service level management system model is presented. It can realize service level management's requirement across different administrative domain and use XML based contract text (SlaXML) to describe service level agreement information. It can provide more flexibility and extensibility for the service systems.
