摘要
采用测量阳极极化曲线方法,研究了 Fe-(17~28Wt%)Mn 与 Fe-25Wt%Mn-5Wt%Al合金在1M Na_2SO_4水溶液中的电化学腐蚀行为.随 Mn 含量的提高,合金的自腐蚀电流密度-I_(corr)与自腐蚀电位 E_(corr)分别呈近似线性地增大与降低,Fe-Mn 二元合金难以钝化.然而,Fe-Mn 合金加入5Wt%Al,则使 I_(corr)下降,钝化能力增加,同时阳极极化呈现稳定而宽的钝化区.这意味着在 Fe-Mn 合金中加入少量 Al,能显著增进其电化学腐蚀抗力.
Investigates the electrochemical corrosion behaviour of Fe-(17~28wt%)Mn and Fe-25wt%Mn-Swt%Al alloys in 1 M Na_2SO_4 solution by the anode polarization technique.With increasing Mn content(of Fe-Mn alloys),the self corrosion curent I_(corr) increases and the self corrosion potential decreases linearly,binary Fe-Mn alloys are difficult to passivate.While alloying Fe-Mn with 5wt%Al results in a derease in I_(corr) and in an increase in passive ability,and the anodic polarization exhibits a stable and broad passivation region It means that the addition of a few percents of Al to Fe-Mn alloys obviously promotes the electrochemical corrosion resistance of alloys.
