摘要
目的 观察自制血竭膏对颌面部擦伤、烧伤患者的治疗效果。方法 用自制血竭膏敷贴创口与用凡士林油纱布覆盖创口进行比较。结果 用血竭膏敷贴创口的治疗效果显著好于用凡士林油纱布覆盖 (P <0 0 1)。结论 血竭膏对颌面部擦伤和烧伤有良好治疗效果。
Objective To find out a medicine that not only has good therapeutic effects on maxillofacial abrasion and epipod, but also can relieve pain for the patients.Methods Patients were divided into two different groups randomly. Vaseline oil gauze or Dragon′s blood plaster (made by our hospitapl) were applied to cover or pave on the wounds of patients, respectively. The effects of the two methods were compared.Results The therapeutic effects of Dragon′s blood plaster were significantly better than those of the traditionally used vascline oil gauze ( P <0 01).Conclusion The Dragon′s blood plaster not only had good therapcutic effects on maxillofacial abrasion and epipod, but also could relieve pain for the patients.
