摘要
目的：对临床常见的领面部软组织擦伤采用MEBO治疗的疗效观察分析。方法：随机选择急诊收治交通事故而致领面部软组织擦伤患者，创面直接外涂MEBO，污染严重者作简单的清创后外涂MEBO，每日4～6次，禁用消毒剂。结果：本组23例患者创面全部一期愈合，无感染现象也无明显疤痕和色素沉着。结论：MEBO可作为领面部擦伤的常规外用药，疗效可靠。
23 cases of maxillofacial soft tissue abrasion resulted from traffic accidents were treated with MEBO after simple debriedement, 4 to 6 times a day. No other antiseptic agents were allowed to be used. All the wounds healed by first intention. No infection occurred, no scar and no pigmentation formed.
