Reliability analysis of fatigue strength's limiting state of welding beam for OTC

摘要 It is a great progress to determine fatigue strength of OTC’s steel structure from using the method of definite allowable stress of the largest stress to using the design method of stress value probability of limiting state. The authors first introduce the principle of probability method and then give statistics of the regular patterns and the parameters which both belong to the resistance and the load-carrying effect of OTC; and also recommend the reliable norms and practical design formula. As a result, the fatigue design for cranes steps forward with a large pace.
