摘要
对钢衬-钢筋混凝土管道的几何外形和钢筋布置作了优化设计,对影响管道造价的多种因素作了敏度分析。根据优化计算结果,提出了简化公式供工程设计参考。同传统的设计方法相比,采用优化设计的压力管道,用钢量节省10%左右,混凝土方量节省70%,钢板厚度降低为总厚度的50%.
An optimal design for the geometry shape and steel bars distribution on reinforced concrete penstock is presented. By using the optimal design method presented here, the best position, the converted thickness of steel bars and the geometry shape of penstock can be determined. A simple formula is given according to the optimal analysis for designer's reference. According to the optimal design, about 10% steel cost and 75% concrete can be saved. The thickness of steel plate is lower than 50% total converted steel thickness.
