摘要
研究了船舶的避碰行为以及多船多衡准的避碰决策的思维过程.应用海上交通工程理论和模糊集理论,建立了多物标多衡准的船舶避碰综合决策模型.模型的应用结果表明,该模型可综合有关信息,模拟驾驶员的决策思维,连续、迅速、准确、可靠地提出最佳的避碰方案.避碰综合决策系统的应用将极大地提高船舶航行安全,实现船舶驾驶的自动化.
In this paper,the vessel' s actions of avoiding collision and the thought process of multilateral
criteria decision of avoiding collision had studied,a synthetic decision model of avoiding collisions
is established. By application of this model,it can synthesize more related information and simu-
late the thought process of navigator' s decision, the optimal plan of avoiding collision is accurately
and quickly made. Finding application of this decision system,the safety of vessel' s navigation
will be improved and the automatic navigation will be accomplished.
