摘要
本文分析了我国现有信息政策与法规体系的现状 ,指出了我国信息政策与法规体系建设中存在的问题 。
This article analyzes the status quo of the existing information policy and laws and regulations system in China,points out the problems existed in its construction,and puts forward some specific countermeasures.
