摘要
提出基于 Internet/ Intranet的招投标制造伙伴选择方式 ,分析投标加盟决策内容和过程以及制造联盟加盟支持系统的功能需求 ,介绍制造联盟加盟支持系统的体系结构。简要论述系统中涉及的效益 /风险评估、产品信息建模、制造资源能力评估、竞标工艺设计。
In order to develop a manufacturing alliance bidding support system(MABSS) to support the bidding procedure for manufacturing alliance's bidder, the Internet/Intranet-based manufacturing partner selecting schema is presented, the bidding decision procedure and decision items are analyzed, the functional requirements of the system are discussed, the structure of MABSS is provided. Several key techniques such as benefit/risk evaluating, product information modeling, manufacturing resource capability evaluating, process planning, cost accessing and quoting are also outlined.
