摘要
在讨论了 Rick Dove企业敏捷性评价指标和企业经营收益评价方法一致性的基础上 ,基于成本和时间敏捷性评价指标 ,研究了基于生产过程分解和招投标的动态联盟的建盟方法的一般性问题 ,并讨论了影响动态联盟建盟过程整体规划时间和成本的主要因素 ,以及具体的建盟过程步骤。
This paper analyzes the consistency between the evaluation indicator for an enterprise's agility proposed by Rick Dove and the enterprise's income. The general problems of process decomposition and bid based dynamic collaboration construction are then analyzed using a time and cost evaluating indicator of agility. Some factors affecting the time and cost of dynamic collaboration construction are analyzed and the specific steps are given for the dynamic collaboration construction. The evolution of dynamic collaboration and its application to Chinese enterprises are analyzed.
