摘要
在研究网络环境下快速重组制造系统特点和对 CAPP系统功能需求的基础上 ,对实现基于网络面向快速重组制造系统的 CAPP体系结构进行了研究。在此基础上 ,研究了该 CAPP系统的实现方法 ,包括基于 Inter-net面向工艺设计的制造资源快速定制、基于 Internet的 CAD/ CAPP信息集成和基于 Web的通用化工艺设计推理决策机制等。开发了相应的原型系统 RR-CAPP系统 ,并通过实例对原型系统进行了实用性测试 ,证明系统运行可靠方便。
Based on the characteristics of a rapidly reconfigurable(RR) manufacturing system and corresponding function requirements of a computer aided process planning in networked manufacturing environment, RR-CAPP system structure is established. The implementation method of RR-CAPP system is studied, including a process planning-oriented manufacturing resource rapidly defining tool based on Internet,an Internet based system structure for implementing information integrated CAD/CAPP and a web-based general process planning inference mechanism. Finally,a RR-CAPP prototype system is exploited, and examples are presented.
