摘要
为实现CAD/CAPP信息集成 ,提高CAPP系统的实用性和灵活性 ,本文研究开发了具有零件信息集成性的CAPP系统。提出了CAPP系统的总体框架 ,介绍了从CAD获取CAPP所需零件信息的方法基于特征的零件信息模型描述法及基于实例进行工艺规程设计的原理和实现方法。
In order to realize information integration of CAD/CAPP and improve practicality and flexibility of CAPP system,this research develops the CAPP system that has part information integration.This paper puts forward an overall frame of CAPP system and introduces a method of drawing part information from CAD.A part information model based on the feature is established.This paper also introduces the theory and realizing method of process planning design based on case studies.
