摘要
在盐酸介质中,金(Ⅲ)与8-氨基喹啉-5-偶氮-对-苯酚(AQAPOH)形成可被氯仿萃取的产物,萃取物在λex/λem=345nm/421nm处产生强荧光。在4ml氯仿溶液中,含金量在0—3.5μg时,荧光强度具有良好的线性关系,检测极限为2.5ppb,方法选择性较佳。可用于某些物料中微量金的测定。
The optimal conditions for the method are investigated. 8-aminoquinoline-5-azo-phenol reacts with Au (Ⅲ)in a dilute medium of HCl, forming a compound that can be extracted into CHCl3.The extract shows intense fluorescence at λex/λem (345 nm/421 nm).The fluorescence intensity is directly proportional to Au(Ⅲ) concentration in 0-3.5 μg/4ml CHCl3. The detection limit is 2.5 ppb for Au(Ⅲ).The method has been applied to the fluorescence determination of microamount Au(Ⅲ) in some ores.
