摘要
本文研究了新试剂5-(4-磺基苯偶氮)-8-(对-甲苯磺酰氨基)喹啉(SPTSQ)与钴的显色反应.在CTMAB存在下,于pH10.2的硼砂介质中,SPTSQ与钴形成2:1的紫蓝色配合物,最大吸收峰位于585nm,摩尔吸光系数ε=1.29×10~5.钴在0~8μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律.方法选择性较好,灵敏度高,操作简便.已用于维生素B_(12)中钴的测定,结果满意.
In this paper, the color reaction of cobalt ( Ⅱ ) with a new reagent, 5- ( 4-sulfphenyiazo ) -8-(p-toluenesulfonamido ) quinoline ( SPTSQ ) and its optimum conditions have been investigated. SPTSQ was found to be a sensitive and better selective reagent for the spectrophotometric determination of microaznount cobalt.In the presence of CTMAB, Co ( Ⅱ ) reacts with SPTSQ in basic medium to form a violet-blue complex in the ratio of 1 : 2. Maxium absorbance of the complex is at 585 nm with molar absorptivity 1.29×103 L.mol-1. cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-8.0ug/25ml for cobalt. The interference of abaut 40 foreign substances was examined.The method has been applied to determine microamount cobalt in component sample and Vitamine B12 with satisfactory results.
