摘要
本文系总结了催化氧化酸浸的扩大实验结果,规模为每批料两公斤,它验证了小型实验数据,金的浸出率可达95％以上。 根据扩大实验结果,提出了催化氧化酸浸——氰化新工艺,给出了工艺流程及主要技术经济指标,它表明技术经济效果很好。
This paper summed up the enlarged test (2kg/batch gold concentrates) of the pretreatment for Tuen jie Gou gold concentrate by catalytic oxidation acid leaching.It has confirmed that over 95% of gold can be recovered.
According to the enlarged test results, the authors advanced a new cyaniding process-catalytic oxidation acid leaching, in which, the flow sheet and technical and economic index were given.It shows that a good result can be obtained by using this technique.
