摘要 详细综述了难选冶金矿提取工艺在国内外的工业应用情况,对主流工艺的关键工艺参数、工艺应用特点等进行详细分析,重点阐述了焙烧氧化、热压氧化、生物氧化和化学氧化等主流预处理方法及硫代硫酸盐法、硫脲法、卤化法等无氰浸出工艺,并评述了各方法的特点和适用范围,综合评价了矿石预处理—浸出—提取—精炼各环节主流工艺方案工业化应用的优缺点;为难选冶金矿石处理工艺的未来研究工作指出了方向。 This paper summarized the research status and development of the extraction technology for refractory gold ore at home and abroad, the process parameters and industrialization measures were also evaluated.The curre-nt situations of research and industrial application on pre-treatment methods which include roasting oxidation, pressure oxidation, bacteria oxidation and chemical oxidation for refractory gold ores gold concentrate in the world were summarized.Application status of non-cyanide gold leaching technology such as thiourea, thiosulfate,thiocya-nate,polysulfide and calcium polysulphides,halogen and its compound and their advantages and disadvantages, were emphatically introduced.In addition,the merits and demerits of each method were reviewed.The mainstream technology in pretreatment ,leaching, extraction and refine process were evaluated,and the prospects and trends of their development were discussed.
