摘要
阐述了柴油机碳烟产生的机理 ,为分析LPG(液化石油气 ) -柴油双燃料发动机的排放特性 ,以一汽无锡柴油机厂CK61 1 0 /1 2 5ZL型柴油机为样机 ,完成电控LPG -柴油双燃料改装 ,进行了台架试验 对改装机与原机的台架试验数据作了比较分析 ,从数据分析可以看出 ,改装后 ,由于发动机着火延迟期加长 ,发动机排放显著改善 ,碳烟明显减少 。
The theory of the exhaust smoke of the diesel engine is described. In order to analyze the exhaust emission from LPG-diesel dualfuel engine, a modification of CK6110/125ZL diesel engine into electronic controlled LPG-diesel engine is made. The emission performance experiment comparing the original one to the modified one is carried out. The test results show that the dual-fuel engine has longer combustion delay periods than the diesel engine, thus the emission of the exhaust smoke is greatly reduced, the safety and reliability are also improved.
