简要介绍了角蛋白结构,综述了角蛋白的加工和提取的主要方法,包括机械法和化学法,最后探讨了角蛋白的应用前景。
This paper reviews investigations on the preparation and extraction of keratin.The molecular
structure of keratin is represented briefly first,then various methods of keratin preparation and extraction from wool and feather are summarized and analyzed.Finally prospects for keratin application are discussed.
