摘要
本文报道用自制的化学键合短烷基链大孔硅胶反相固定相的C_4柱分离羊毛角蛋白样品,并讨论了流动相流速及梯度斜率对分离的影响,同时还结合使用了凝胶色谱和高效疏水色谱。实验表明:本法可作为分离羊毛角蛋白的有力手段。
A procedure for HPLC separation of Wool keratins with a home-made reverse-phase C_4 co-lumn of short alkyl chain and wide-pore silica gel as well as effects of flow-rate and gradientslop on the separation have been studied by the authors. Size-exclution chromatography andhigh performance hydrophobic interaction chromatography are also employed in separation ofwool keratin fraction.
