摘要
建立一种甲基紫作显色剂分光光度法测定Fenton反应产生的·OH的方法,所产生的羟自由基与甲基紫作用后使其吸光度降低,利用吸光度值的变化可间接测定所产生的羟自由基,确定了体系最佳实验条件.同时测定抗氧化剂清除羟自由基的实验,证明该体系可作为筛选抗氧化剂的方法之一.
A new method was developed for determination of the hydroxyl radical in Fenton reaction by spectrophotometry. After methyl violet react Fenton regent, the absolution was declined. With the change of absolution, it can be used to determine the hydroxyl radical indirectly and found out the optimal determination conditions. The results of clearing experiment showed the method was applied to sieve the antioxidants.
