摘要
大学理工科教师的人文素质直接影响学生人文素质的发展 ,理工科教师受自身知识结构的限制 ,人文知识相对缺乏。提高理工科教师的人文素质对提高教学、科研能力有良好的促进作用 。
The qualities of human culture of science teachers at colleges have a direct influence on the development of those of students. Science teachers are relatively lack of the knowledge in human culture qualities with the limit of their own sources. Enhancing the qualities of those teachers can not only promote their ability of teaching and scientific research but also can set a good example for their students.
