摘要
分析了理工科院校公共选修课目前普遍存在的问题,结合素质教育,从教学管理和质量管理的角 度出发,探讨了如何加强公选课的建设、规范公选课的管理以及提高公选课的教学质量。
The essay analyzes the present universal problems of open optional courses in universities of science and technology, and studies how to strengthen the construction, to standardize the management and improve the teaching quality of open optional courses, combined with quality education , from the angles of the teaching management and quality management.
