摘要
研制了一种快速检测上浆效果的检测评定系统 ,该系统应用微量施浆技术、织造模拟技术和纱线毛羽检测技术对单纱进行定量精确上浆 ,模拟纱线在织机上的受力情况对纱线进行摩擦、拉伸 ,并在线检测纱线毛羽 ,从而达到预测浆纱效果。
A rapid check and evaluation system for sizing is developed. By micro-sizing technology, weave simulation and yarn hairiness inspection technology, the system can give precise sizing to single yarn, which can give the friction and draw loads to yarn and inspect yarn hairiness on line based on the simulation of the yarn loads on the loom, so that it can predict the sizing effect and guide the sizing production.
