摘要
用大量试验数据阐述了胶辊硬度、表面粗糙度对条干CV值、粗、细节的影响;分析了胶辊硬度、表面粗糙度、表面摩擦系数对其适纺性能及成纱质量的影响,对低硬度胶辊早期龟裂的原因进行了分析,并提出了防止方法。
The paper describes the effect upon the CV value and neps by the rigidity and surface granulation of cots.Analysis is done to the effect of the rigidity,surface granulation and surface frication upon the spin ability and yarn forming.Some analysis is done to the early cracking of low rigidity cots and countermeasures thereof.
