摘要
本文通过试验认为胶辊的早期龟裂系臭氧老化所致,而易诱发臭氧龟裂的因素则与胶辊的胶种、硬度、致密度、温度、伸长、变形和储存期等诸因素有关,并相应提出了防止胶辊早期龟裂的的方法.
Through experiments, the authors find that the premature crack of rubber cots is caused by ageing due to ozone, the factors leading to such kind of crack are related to the sort of rubber, cots' hardness, compactness, temperature, elongation, deformation and storage time. Then the method to prevent cots' premature crack is introduced.
