摘要
本文介绍了一种以荧光猝灭原理为基础的PBA敏感膜.将它应用于测定无机碘化物浓度和家兔口服甲硝唑血药浓度,得到了满意的结果.
A pyrenebutryric acid(PBA) membrane chemical sensor based on dynamic quenching has been developed by authors. The sensor made of above membrane was applied to the measurement of iodide in water and of mefronida zole in rabbit serum, and a better result was gained.
