摘要
介绍了作者自行设计和制作的 H.2 6 1标准下的图像数据突发量的测试系统 ,该系统采用了 EPLD、PC通讯等技术 ,通过对数据突发量的测试和研究 ,为该标准下的数字化视频系统采用合适的编码控制策略提供了重要依据。
This paper presents self-designed testing system about outburst data of image based on H.261 standard. With EPLD chip and PC-communication technology, the test & research of outburst data supply important proofs for taking appropriate control policy utilized in the digital video system under H.261 suggestion standard.
