摘要
目的 探讨邻指指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣在修复手指中节皮肤及软组织缺损中的应用价值。方法 1998年 3月至 2 0 0 1年 12月 ,利用邻指根部指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复 2 6例手指中节皮肤及软组织缺损 ,示指 6例 ,中指 16例 ,环指 4例。结果 2 6例皮瓣均全部成活 ,术后随访 3～ 10个月 ,皮瓣外观、质地满意 ,感觉恢复至S3～ 3+ 。供皮区外观较好 ,功能无明显影响。结论 邻指根部指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣是修复中节手指皮肤及软组织缺损的好方法。
Objective To investigate the value of digital artery reverse island flap of the adjacent digit for repair of skin and soft tissue defects of the middle segment of finger. Methods From March 1998 to December 2001, digital artery reverse island flap of the adjacent digit was used to repair the skin and soft tissue defects of the middle segment of finger in 26 cases. There were 6 cases of the index finger, 16 of middle finger, 4 of ring finger. Results All flaps were survived. The follow-up ranged from 3 to 10 months postoperatively. The appearance and texture of the flaps were excellent. The sensation of the flaps recovered to S 3 ～ 3 +. No morbidity of the donor fingers occurred. Conclusions Digital artery reverse island flap of the adjacent digit is a good procedure for repair of skin and soft tissue defects of the middle segment of finger.
