摘要
目的：采用吻合皮瓣浅静脉方法，解决掌背动脉逆行岛状皮瓣静脉回流不畅，疗效满意。方法：在切取掌背动脉逆行岛状皮瓣时，保留皮瓣远端一段轴行掌背浅静脉，随皮瓣逆行翻转后将静脉反折吻合于掌背静脉网上。结果：自１９９０年８月～１９９５年１月，共治疗１２例。术后皮瓣全部成活，仅３例皮瓣发生张力性水泡。结论：本术式有效地解决了掌背皮瓣逆行翻转后静脉回流不畅的问题。
Vein anastomosis was adopted in retrograde dorsal metacarpal artery island flaps to help vein drainage. 12 cases of soft tissue defect on the proximal interphalangeal joint were repaired with the dorsal metacarpal retrograde island flaps with vein anastomosis. All the flaps survied completely. Blisters occurred on the flap in only 2 cases. This method showed better result and should be adopted clinically.
