摘要
目的 :探讨中西医结合方法治疗充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)的效果。方法 :采用卡托普利联用参麦注射液治疗 CHF6 3例 ,并设单纯应用西医综合治疗的 6 2例为对照组。结果 :治疗组显效率为 74 .6 0 % ,总有效率93.6 5 % ,显著高于对照组 33.87%和 72 .5 8% (P均 <0 .0 1) ;治疗顽固性 CHF显效率 6 4 .0 0 % ,总有效率88.0 0 % ,明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1和 P<0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组随访 0 .5～ 1.5年 ,其 CHF复发率分别为 11.11%和34.92 % ,明显低于对照组 32 .2 6 %和 5 9.6 8% (P均 <0 .0 5 )。结论 :卡托普利联用参麦注射液治疗 CHF有显著疗效 ,不但能改善症状 ,还可降低复发率 。
Objective:To investigate the effect of captopril and Shenmai injection (参麦注射液) on congestive heart failure (CHF).Methods:Set up two groups,63 cases(treatment group) treated with captopril and Shenmai injection,62 cases(control group) treated with western medicine,made a comparison in the effective of treatment.Results:The markedly effective rate was 74 60% and total effective rate was 93 65% in treatment group but they were 33 87% and 72 58% respectively in control group.In comparison between two groups the differences were significant(both P <0 01).The markedly effective rate was 64 00% and total effective rate was 88 00% in treatment group of intractable heart failure,in comparison between two groups in intractable heart failure the differences were significant ( P <0 01 and P <0 05).The two groups were followed up for 0 5 to 1 5 year,the another attack rate was 11 11% and 34 92% in treatment group but they were 32 26% and 59 68% respectively in control group.In comparison between two groups the differences were signiticantly decreased (all P <0 05).Conclusions:The curative effects of captopril and Shenmai injection on CHF are obvious in aspects of improving the clinical features,the another attack rate,and the prognosis simultaneously in patients with CHF.
