摘要
本文通过对本校学生的调查 ,分析了当今大学毕业生的择业态度、择业心态、择业标准、择业地点多元化的特点 ,以及择业中的“求高”、“求稳”、“官本位”的倾向 。
Based on a questionnaire among students in Nanjing University of Technology, the article analyzes the present-day graduates' attitudes and thinking in their job hunt and the jobs and locations desired. It also tackles the tendency among university graduates to seek well-paid, stable jobs and posts in government offices. Suggestions are made to improve the guidance of higher educational institutions in the job hunt of their graduates.
