摘要
领导干部是党的思想政治工作的重点对象。领导干部的思想政治工作,上级应负起主要职责,同级最方便做,下级有义务做,群众也能够做。提倡下级和群众做领导干部思想政治工作,对于构建上下左右多向互动的思想政治工作模式,拓展和深化党的思想政治工作,具有重要意义。
Leaders are the key objects of the Party's political and ideological work, for which the higher authorities should shoulder the major responsibility to create convenience for their peers with clear identification of duty for the lower levels and specific direction of tasks for the general masses. The encouragement of the lower levels and broad masses to advise the higher authorities on political, ideological work is of great significance to the establishment of a new model of social work with multi-lateral interactions so as to further the development of the Party's political, ideological work with depth.
