摘要
高校研究生党员发展工作是思想政治教育工作的重要环节。创新研究生党员发展机制的前提是必须有正确的理念作为指导,进一步厘清研究生党员发展工作的主客体及相互关系,充分发挥研究生入党积极分子和发展对象在党员发展过程中的积极性和能动性。本文以高校研究生党员发展工作主客体关系为切入点,提出新形势下高校研究生党员发展工作应以党员发展程序和思想教育内容为客体,以入党积极分子和发展对象为主体的主客体论,并明确两者之间是互动关系,从而为新形势下创新高校研究生党员发展工作模式提供理论前提。
College graduate is an important part of the ideological and political party education development.The development of innovative mechanisms for post-graduate members must have the correct premise that the concept as a guide to further clarify the development of graduate members and the relationship between subject and object,give full play to the development of graduate students to join the party activists and party members object in the process of development of the enthusiasm and initiative.In this paper,college graduate party development relationship between subject and object as the starting point,put forward a new situation,the development of college graduate working party members should develop procedures and ideological content of education as the object,the object of party activists and development as the main subject and object theory,and clear interaction between the two,under the new situation so as to innovative college graduate party development model provides a theoretical premise.
