摘要
河北省应依托社区建立社会保障服务机构和统一的信息化网络 ,合理进行社会化管理服务的定位 ,按照独立于企事业单位之外的总体要求调整社会保险政策 ,先易后难 ,分类实施 。
He bei province should establish social security service organization,build the unified information network and orient propably the socialized management service.The social insurance reform should be regulated according to the total requirment,which is independent outside the enterprices.We should carry out this reform step by step and categorily,promoting the socialized management service for retired enterprices personnel.
