摘要
高校干部年度绩效考核是考察干部的一项经常性的基础工作 ,对于高校干部的使用和评价有着重要的导向作用。当前高校干部年度绩效考核工作需要处理好考核主体与考核客体、考核内容与考核指标、定性考核与定量考核、显绩考核与隐绩考核、考核结果形成与使用等关系 ,保证公正性 ,提高规范性 ,促进高校干部队伍建设的健康发展。
Annual performance assessment is important and influential personnel work in universities.The annual performance on university cadres should focus on various relations,that is the relationship between subject and object assessed,content and index of assessment,qualitative and quantitative assessment,covert and overt achievement,formation and application of assessment result.Impartial assessment of annual performance will facilitate the carrying out of personnel work in universities.
