摘要
在市场经济条件下 ,法律是社会资源配置的中心环节。从法律与经济有机统一的立场出发考察 ,法律制度与市场体系作为人类理性的必然产物和制度资源 ,二者共享和体现着资源优化配置、合理性选择以及价格均衡等基本原则 ,借助于法经济学的视角加以分析 ,作者剖析和阐发了法律市场的本质、类型以及中国社会主义法律制度体系的经济学特征 。
In the market economy system, law plays a leading role in the disposition of social resources. By the standpoint of immanent unity of law and economy, this paper delineates that both law and market system are the certainty and institution resource of human rationality. The author analyze the essence of legal market, expounds the economic characteristics of the socialist legal system.
