摘要
信息不对称是市场经济中一个十分普遍的现象,不只属于经济领域,还广泛存在于包括法律在内的社会各个领域。本文通过对信息不对称理论基本含义的阐述,具体分析了人民法院法律适用中存在的信息不对称现象,并借鉴信息不对称理论,以此试图建立法律市场中的信息对称机制,最终促进司法公正。
Asymmetric information is a universal phenomenon in market economy, we believe the phenomenon as well as law existing not only in economic field but also in other social areas. This paper expounds the basic meanings of information asymmetry and analyzes the phenomenon of applying the existing legal information asymmetries in people＇s court in detail in order to establish a legal market mechanisms asymmetric information and ultimate justice.
