摘要
冷战结束后的 10余年 ,日美中三国的经济发展形势各具特点。总体上看 ,日本的现实表现最差 ,而美国与中国则属于“优等生”。这种发展不平衡导致的力量对比关系的演变使三大国之间的经济竞争态势正在发生着微妙的变化。中国的国际竞争力不断增强 ,美国仍能维系竞争中的“老大”地位 ,日本却在竞争中暂时陷于被动。无论是从时代潮流还是从各方的战略需求看 ,巩固和推动中美日三边合作 ,实现互利是历史的必然 ,合作大于竞争 ,机遇多于挑战 ,应是对本世纪三大国间经济竞争关系总体发展态势的恰当描述。
The economic development of Japan. America and China has shaped their own characteristic within 10 years after cold war. In general, Japan's economy develops worst, while America and China belong to 'the excellent' This disequilibrium has resulted in the contrast on the three states' economic power and thus led to subtle changes in their economic competition. Chinese international competitive power is continuously strengthening; United States remains ' the number one' in the competition; while Japan has entrenched in a passive state temporarily. Whether from the trend or from their strategic demand, to maintain and to promote the tripartite coorperation and to realize mutual benefits are the inevitable historical trends. 'Coorperation prevailing competition and opportunities domaining challenges' is the best description of the general prospects of the three states' economic relations in this century.
