摘要
通过对彩色显像管加重跌落实验的分析 ,确定提高HF组件焊接强度是提高抗跌落性能的关键。经过对材料、尺寸及焊接工艺等的改进 ,有效地提高了HF组件的焊接强度 ,使整管跌落能力在Z轴增强 2 0 g最多提高 5 0 % ;在X、Y轴增强 35g最大提高 10 0 %。整管跌落性能获得明显增强。
Through a series dropping emphasis experimental analysis for color picture tubes(CPTs),it is confirmed that increasing the welding strength of HF assembly is essential to enhance the anti-dropping capability of CPT.By improvements in material,size,and welding technique,the welding strength of HF assembly can be effectively improved,and the anti-dropping capability of CPT can be increased by 20g(50% increased)at Z axis,and 35g(100% increased)at X and Y axes,thus greatly increase the anti-dropping performance of CPT.
