摘要
体质是机体在功能活动、代谢过程、形体结构上相对稳定的特征。中医美容包括形、神两方面:形即皮肤、毛发、五官、形体;神即精神气质、情绪背景。美容应该是形神俱美和谐。体质虽然和美容没有直接的关系,但却是形体肥瘦、肌肉松紧、皮肤粗细、毛发疏密、气质性格、体气口气的温床与土壤。形神与体质之间的相关性有一定规律性可循。常见的美容问题:肥胖、黄褐斑、痤疮等的发生、发展、疗效均与体质密切相关。关注体质,围绕体质进行美容保健或美容治疗,就会把握整体,抓住根本,因此本文提出体质调整、体质美容的概念。
Human constitution is a relatively s teady trait on human function and activity,metabolize period and form an d structure.TCM cosmetology includes two parts:the form and the spirit.The form is also s kin,hair,facial feature and structure;the spirit is also temperament and mood background.Al though human constitution is not dir ect relation with cosmetic,but it re sponses the character of human shape,muscle,skin,hair,tem perament and taste.There are some ru les between the form and spirit with h uman constitution.For example,human constitution is close relation with some familiar cosmetic disease:obesity,chloasma,acne and so on.So satisfying cosmetic way need think much of human constitution.The article put forwa rd the conception of regulation huma n constitution and cosmetic of human constitution.
