摘要
目的 了解原发性高血压病患者的心理健康状况及个性特征。方法 采用症状自评量表 (SCL - 90 )、抑郁自评量表 (SDS)、焦虑自评量表 (SAS)及卡特尔 16项人格特质测验问卷 (16 -PF)对 6 2例原发性高血压病患者进行调查 ,并与 6 5例体检正常者进行对照。结果 原发性高血压病患者在SCL - 90总分、阳性项目分、躯体化、焦虑、恐怖以及SAS得分与对照组相比 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。 16PF结果 :原发性高血压病患者在恃强性、忧虑性、紧张性及次级人格因子适应与焦虑分与对照组相比 ,差异有显著性意义。而稳定性、兴奋性 ,心理健康分与对照组相比差异亦有显著性意义 ,(P <0 0 5 )。原发性高血压病抑郁发生率 33 9% ,与对照组相比差异有显著性意义。结论 原发性高血压病患者存在明显精神障碍 ,主要表现为躯体化、焦虑、恐怖、抑郁 ,同时原发性高血压病患者还存在人格特性的改变 ,主要表现为敏感、固执、恃强、情绪不稳定、紧张性高。故对原发性高血压病患者在积极给予心理治疗的同时 。
Objective To study the mental health condition and personality characteristic of patients with primary hypertension.Methods 62 patients with primary hypertension were studied by Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),Self_Rating Depression scale(SDS),Self_Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Cattell′s Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire (16-PF).Results Comparing with those in control group,the patients with primary hypertension had significant differences in marks of SCL-90,positive terms,somatization,anxiety,panic and SAS.(P<0 05).16PF Results showed that the patients with primary hypertension had significant differences in marks of E-aggression,O-anxiety,Q 4-tension and second personality factor X 1R-(adaptation and anxiety),and the same to C-stability,F-excitement and Y 1(mental health) marks(P<0 05).The depression rate of patients with primary hypertension was 33 9%,which had significant difference comparing with that in control group.Conclusion The patients with primary hypertension have apparent mental disorder.Their major symptoms are somatization,anxiety,panic,and depression.At the same time,they have some character variations,which are sensitivity,stubbornness,aggression,lack of emotional stability and high tension.So,the patients with primary hypertension should be treated not only with active psychotherapy,but also with correction of their abnormal characters.
