摘要
目的:探讨黛力新与降压药联合应用对高血压伴焦虑、抑郁患者的降压效果。方法:高血压病伴焦虑抑郁患者80例,随机被均分为观察组和对照组,分别给予降压药联合黛力新治疗,单纯降压药治疗,疗程8周。结果:观察组血压、抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表评分在治疗后显著下降(P均<0.01),且显著优于对照组(P均<0.01),而对照组治疗前后无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论:黛力新治疗高血压伴焦虑、抑郁患者效果良好。
Objective： To observe the effect of Deanxit on hypertensive patients with depression and anxiety. Methods： A total of 80 hypertensive patients with depression and anxiety were randomly divided into treatment group （n=40） and control group （n= 40）. Patients in control group were only treated with antihypertensive agent, patients in treatment group were treated with antihypertensive agent and Deanxit （tablet containing flupentixol and melitracen） for 8 weeks. Results： Eight weeks after treatment the blood pressure, scores of self--rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale significantly decreased （P〈0. 01 all）, and were less than those of control group （P〈0. 01 all） ; those of control group no significant change between before and after treatment （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： The effect of Deanxit is good in hypertensive patients with depression and anxiety.
