用大孔离子交换树脂吸附和溶剂萃取的方法 ,分离测定了葡萄灰孢霉TB 3 H8发酵液中的一些主要成分 .发酵液中除了主要含有脱落酸外 ,还含有一些与脱落酸合成有相同前体的甾体化合物 ,以及脱落酸合成过程中后几步产生的分支产物 (2E ,4E) 1′ 脱氧 ABA .并比较了脱落酸与 (2E ,4E) 1′ 脱氧 ABA的生物活性 .图 2表 2参
Some metabolites were extracted and identified from the culture of Botrytis cinerea TB 3 H8. HPLC,GC/MS, NMR, IR and EI MS analyses of the extract showed the presence of abscisic acid as the main product and a small amount of steroil and (2E,4E) 1′ deoxy ABA which was a branch product in the later part of the biosynthetic pathway of ABA. The biosyntheses of ABA and steroid possessed the same precursor of farnesyl pyrophosphate. The effect of ABA and (2E,4E) 1′ deoxy ABA on rice seed germination were tested. Fig 2, Tab 2, Ref 12
