脑囊虫病患者粘附分子和细胞因子水平检测(英文) 被引量:4

DETECTIONS OF ADHESION MOLECULE AND CYTOKINES IN NEUROCYSTICERCOSIS PATIENTS

摘要 本文检测了 30例未经治疗的脑囊虫病患者血清中可溶性细胞粘附分子 (sICAM)、白细胞介素 8(IL 8)、可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (sIL 2R)以及患者外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC)体外诱导IL 2、IFN γ及TNF α的活性 ,同时也检测了CD11a、CD11b和CD18在患者PBMC表面的表达 ,以 30例正常人作对照 ,探讨了脑囊虫病人粘附分子、细胞因子水平的变化及在免疫调节中的作用。结果显示 :脑囊虫病患者血清中sICAM I水平及患者PBMC体外诱导IL 2、IFN γ水平显著低于正常对照组 ,患者血清中IL 8、sIL 2R及患者PBMC体外诱导TNF α水平明显高于正常对照组 ,患者组的CD11b阳性细胞百分比显著高于对照组 ,但是患者PBMC表面CD11a的表达量比对照组低 。 In 30 neurocysticercosis patients,their levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1(sICAM 1),interleukin 8(IL 8),and soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL 2R) in the serum,and the levels of IL 2,interferon gamma (IFN γ) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF α) in the supernatant of their peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) culture were assayed.The expression of CD11a,CD11b and CD18 molecules on the PBMC of the patients and the controls were tested as well.The levels of slCAM 1,IL 2,and IFN γ of the patients were lower than those of the control group,but the levels of IL 8,sIL 2R and TNF α were higher than that in the control group.The percentage of the CD11b positive cell in the patients was significantly higher than that of controls.But the amount of CD 11a expressed on patients PBMC surface was lower than ther of controls.As to CD18,there was no significant difference between the two groups.The relations between these factors and immune functions were discussed.
