摘要
结合常村煤矿选煤厂“综合降噪”的科研项目,提出了“以人为本”的“综合降噪,创造绿色生产环境”的新概念,并对常村煤矿选煤厂的噪声进行了综合治理。
Integrated with“reducing noise synthetically” researching project for Changcun mine, this paper brings forward the new concept of decreasing the noise synthetically, creating green environment for production which is based on benefits of human. It puts forward a new way to manage the noise in Changcun coal-dressing plant.
