摘要
精密微型轴承计算机辅助工艺决策是微型轴承CAPP系统的重要组成部分。对于通用结构的微型轴承 ,利用计算机对输入的信息进行归纳与推理 ,实现工艺决策 ,生成加工工艺 ,是一种可靠、实用的方法。本文阐述了精密微型轴承计算机辅助工艺决策原理 ,对零件信息的输入、工艺决策的形成和工艺生成的基本流程等主要环节进行了详细的介绍。
The computer aided process decision for precision miniature bearings is an important part of miniature bearing CAPP system. For the universal structure miniature bearings, using the computer to sum up and consequence for input information, realizing process decision and making machining process is reliable and applicable method. The principle of computer aided process decision for precision miniature bearing is discussed, the detail introduction for the some basic procedures such as components information input, formation of process decision, process creation etc has been made.
