摘要
分析了采用三菱FX-3G PLC实现微型轴承外滚道磨床三轴定位的控制方法,详细介绍了系统工作原理及硬、软件的设计方法。实践证明,该系统稳定可靠,控制精度高,操作方便,成本低。
The three - axis positioning control method for outer raceway grinder of miniature bearings is realized by u- sing Mitsubishi FX -3G PLC, the operating principles and design method of hardware and software of system are intro- duced. The practices show that the system is characterized by stable, reliable and high control accuracy, easy control and low cost.
